【 必ず本文の内容をお読みいただいた後、ご購入ください。】 【 利用規約 / JP 】 ※ 利用規約は後日修正される可能性があることをお知らせします。※ 当該ファイルの著作権は Cecilia にあり、 商品の利用権を他人に譲渡することはできません。 購入した時点から当該利用約款に同意したものとします。 デジタルファイルの特性上、購入後の払い戻しや交換はできません。 当該ファイルを使用して発生したトラブルや、損害等に一切責任を負いません。 着用したアバターは商品に含まれておらず、フェイス数値は画像にアップロードされたもの以外に別途ご提供いたしません。 該当ファイルを購入して配布する行為、一部修正して配布および再販売を禁止し、コミッションは双方が購入した場合のみ修正および使用できます。 購入したファイルが含まれている状態でのゲーム開発を禁止します。 購入したファイルを利用してパブリックへのアップロードと配布を絶対禁止します。 BOOTHのサムネイルに商品を使用することを、別途お問い合わせなしで許可します。 商品を利用したAI画像生成、学習およびAI利用を厳格に禁止します。 商品を使用して撮影した写真をSNSに投稿することは許可されています。 個人・法人・企業および商用利用［ VTuber、YouTube、配信活動など… ］に関するお問い合わせは、BOOTHのメッセージにて別途ご連絡ください。 個人・法人・企業のVTuber、YouTube、配信活動などにおいて、事前の許可および協議なく商品を無断で使用することはできません。 【 반드시 본문 내용을 읽어주신 후 구매 부탁드립니다. 】 【 이용 약관 / KR 】 ※ 이용 약관은 추후에 수정 될 수 있음을 알립니다. ※ 해당 파일의 저작권은 Cecilia 에게 있으며, 상품에 대한 이용 권리를 타인에게 양도할 수 없습니다. 구매한 시점부터 해당 이용 약관에 동의한 것으로 합니다. 디지털 파일 특성상 구매 후 환불이나, 교환은 불가합니다. 해당 파일을 사용해 발생된 트러블이나, 손해 등을 일절 책임지지 않습니다. 착용한 아바타는 상품에 포함되어 있지 않으며, 페이스 수치 값은 이미지에 업로드 된 것 외로 따로 제공해 드리지 않습니다. 해당 파일을 구매해 배포 하는 행위, 일부 수정하여 배포 및 재판매를 금지하며, 커미션은 양측이 구매했을 때만 수정 및 사용이 가능합니다. 구매한 파일이 내포되어 있는 상태로 게임 개발을 금지합니다. 구매한 파일을 이용해 퍼블릭 업로드 및 배포를 절대 금지합니다. BOOTH 썸네일에 상품을 사용하는 것을 별도의 문의 없이 허용합니다. 상품을 이용하여 AI 이미지 생성, 학습 및 AI 이용을 엄격히 금지합니다. 상품을 이용하여 촬영한 사진을 SNS에 게시하는 것은 허용합니다. 개인, 법인, 기업 및 상업적 사용 [ Vtuber, Youtube, 방송 활동 등 .. ] 문의는 부스 메시지로 따로 문의 주세요. 개인, 법인, 기업의 Vtuber, Youtube, 방송 활동 등에 사전에 허가 및 협의 없이 무단으로 상품을 사용할 수 없습니다. 【 Please make sure to read the text before purchasing. 】 【 Terms of Service / ENG 】 ※ Inform you that the terms of use may be revised later. ※ The copyright of the file belongs to Cecilia, the right to use the product cannot be transferred to another person. Unauthorized use of the product for VTuber, YouTube, streaming activities, or other content creation by individuals, corporations, or companies is prohibited without prior permission and consultation.
